  Our power stayed on this time but xfinity decided to give up the ghost. Sometimes I miss living in SE. My apts withstood a hurricane and ice storm and never lost power nor cable

  Apple definitively proved it was NOT a hardware problem and documented it for me. Trucked back to the Xfinity store and asked them to cancel the account. Same CS person. Nice guy. Frustrated on my behalf. Asked if I'd consider waiting for tier III to get back me. 8/

  @michaelmccarthy @EFFFalcon Playing devil's advocate, if it's a PON, sharing fiber may be harder, therefore fiber has to be owned.One unit may want Comcast RFoG but the next unit may want Verizon FiOS. What if both units' fiber come through the same splitter?Although exclusivity is stupid, period.

  @XfinitySupport oh Xfinity. We’re going to need to talk. I’ve only had your service for 2 weeks & we’re not off to a good start. Service disruptions on & off yesterday and NO service all day today. Not acceptable at all. Don’t give me the “service updates” excuse. Nope nope 😒
