Cigar lighter (power outlet) fuses in the GMC Acadia are the circuit breaker F42 (Auxiliary power outlet/Lighter) in the Instrument panel fuse box, and circuit breaker CB3 (Rear auxiliary power outlet) in the Rear Compartment Fuse box.

The instrument panel fuse block is inside the center console on the passenger side of the vehicle behind the panel.
Open the fuse panel door, or remove the panel from the passenger side by pulling it out.
Engine compartment
The underhood fuse block is in the engine compartment, on the driver side of the vehicle.
Rear Compartment

The rear compartment fuse block is behind a trim panel on the driver side of the rear storage compartment.
