Ingredients

1/3 cup liquid drippings from the bottom of the cooked Best Prime Rib Roast

2 cups of water

1/2 teaspoon Keto Prime Rib Rub

2 cups of beef broth (homemade or store-bought)

1/8 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

2 teaspoons AKA Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

After cooking the prime rib and removing it from the oven to cool. Remove meat from the roasting pan and place it on a plate or platter to cool do not cover. Pour 2 cups of water into the roasting pan and scrape the bottom making sure to get all the tasty bits into your water (deglazing your pan).   • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp Best Prime Rib Rub See Recipe on my blog
  • 2 cups Beef Broth Homemade or Store-bought

Instructions
